VLC-180 Features + VAP 18 (VACUUM)
The world's Only Vulcanizer with the VAP 18 vacuum pump.
With the VLC-180 it is possible to vulcanise silicone in a hot vacuum, so that all moisture and micro-bubbles are removed from the rubber.
The resulting rubbers will be perfectly compacted and the surface smoother and shinier.
The VLC-180 is fully automatic. It allows two vulcanisation processes: pre-vulcanisation and vulcanisation.
Equipped with 180x160 mm plates, a maximum clamping pressure of 10 Bar, with more than 3000 kg of clamping force, an unlimited number of programmes and a touch screen control from which the temperature can be continuously monitored, with the possibility of setting the temperature of the plates separately.
