VLC-180 (NO VACUUM)

 

Allows 2 vulcanization processes pre-vulcanization and vulcanization.

 

With VLC-180, it is possible to vulcanize silicone by heat, so that all moisture is removed.

 

The rubbers made will be perfectly compacted, the surface smoother and shinier. With more than 3,000 kg tight, VLC-180 is fully automatic and allows two steps of vulcanization ( pre-vulcanization and vulcanization).

 

 

Equipped with 180x160 mm plates,a maximum clamping pressure of 10 Bar, an unlimited number of programs, a touch screen control from which to continuously monitor the temperature, with the possibility of setting the temperature of the plates separately.
